Muscle Gaining Secrets is the popular muscle building ebook written by expert Jason Ferruggia. This book is designed to help skinny guys put on muscle and get big and strong.
Unlike most muscle building products, Jason is actually living proof of someone who went from a skinny 145 lbs to a jacked 235 lbs.
Does Muscle Gaining Secrets actually work?
Yes! I have had problems all my life with trying to put on muscle. I was a whopping 142 lbs when I graduated high school and now I am a muscular 181 lbs.
I used to do all of the workouts from magazines like Men's Health and Men's Fitness. After 3 years of this I realized I hadn't put on any muscle and my bench press was still a wimpy 105 lbs (yeh dont laugh)
I finally went online and was determined to find a good book or ebook that would solve my problem. I stumbled upon Jay's site and was a bit suspicious at first, but after seeing all of the great results he has gotten with clients, I decided to take the plunge and buy his ebook.
After I got the ebook, I went through it and realized right away that I was working out and eating completely WRONG!
In literally 25 minutes, I knew exactly what I needed to do to get bigger and why I was never getting noticeable results in the past.
I got to work right away, and within 6 months I had put on 15 lbs of rock solid muscle. Seriously I think I lost some fat even, and I was about 15 lbs heavier with a bigger chest, arms and shoulders. I really cant recommend Jason's book enough. It flat out works...

This was my biggest concern because I get confused with workouts. But Jason does an AWESOME job with laying every meal plan and workout out for you with specific details.
He covers...

- Exact exercises to do each day whether you are beginner/int/advanced
- Why you only need to workout 3 times per week to build muscle
- What supplements you should take and what ones are a complete waste of money.
- Exercise descriptions and how to properly perform each exercises so you don't get hurt.
- Exact meal plans for you to eat each day to put on tons of muscle (these are really helpful)
Last thoughts
Ive always been someone who has always struggled with being skinny, and even so much that I was embarrassed to take my shirt off at the pool. After going through the workouts from Muscle Gaining Secrets, Ive put on 30 lbs of muscle and it's been a totally life changing experience!
I have a ton more confidence in myself now and I really like to workout. I look forward to going to the gym and doing the next workout in Jason's book.
If you're a skinny guy, or you're just looking to put on muscle, I can not highly recommend this product enough. Ive used other products like Vince Delmonte's and have never seen the results that I saw with Muscle Gaining Secrets. It flat out works for everyone.
